When I first arrived in Shanghai - this one-of - a - kind city in t he world, I was doing the cultural exchange program called Au-pair or Cultural Ambassador.I t was an amazing experience that helped me immerse into culture and Chinese language BIG TIME ,however - it wasn't some amazingly paid job.Still, I wanted to enjoy this city being myself - that would mean dressing up, accessorizing with taste, taking good care of my skin and hair and obviously - attending Shanghai's best parties - some of most city girls'priorities;) With my then budget, all that could sound insane to most, yet - I made it!When it finished and I got back to 'normal' life, trying to earn more than just my meal ticket , I kept those money saving habits ,because when you are in your 30s, you should be already really smart about your finances.BUT! It doesn't have to mean giving up all those things that make you your fabulous, glamorous self.And this is my goal here - show all the ways, places and things that make it feasible!PLUS!
